Our Dispute Resolution (DR) team, which is one of the strongest in Kenya, offers a full range of services in all areas of Kenyan law, with the exception of criminal, family land disputes and matrimonial causes. The department has a very good reputation in the market and is recognised for its excellence in the various areas of dispute resolution and has as a result been retained by, among others, blue chip companies and the Government of Kenya, to represent it in several high profile cases. As part of corporate social responsibility, the firm also offers pro-bono services in deserving cases. The team is renowned for engaging with clients at every stage of the cases they handle to ensure the client not only gets value for money but is also fully informed of all aspects of the cases.

The Dispute Resolution  team aims to identify and execute the most advantageous solutions for clients; whether through litigation proceedings or other forms of dispute resolution. The Department has also gained recognition in the area of election petitions and matters relating to Constitutional and Judicial Review.
