Artur Rokhlin specializes in jurisprudence and legal strategies design in a variety of complicated situations. One of the leading areas of practice - competition practice, which he has begun actively to address in 2004. Specialty: Competition Law and legislation on the suppression of unfair competition, Public-Private Partnership (PPP), Corporate Law, Contract Law, Civil and Arbitration Procedure.
In 2007 Artur participated in creation of the non-commercial partnership “Advancing Competition” (now – Competition Experts Association), carrying out expert activities. From 2011-2013 he participated in the activities of the NP “Advancing Corporate Law,” and formulated proposals for the modernization of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
In 1998 Artur received a master's degree in private law. From 2000 to 2013 he worked for a major Russian law firm, and became a partner there in 2006. In 2001 Artur received his credentials as an attorney. Since 2014, he has been a partner at Infralex law firm. Since 2009, Artur has been recommended by Best Lawyers for Competition Law and Litigation (Lawyer of the Year 2014). In 2015 Artur was awarded the State medal "For Merit to the Motherland" for the effective practice of application of the Antimonopoly law and active role of the policy-making in the field of competition. In 2016 Artur is recommended by Legal 500 EMEA as a “top-notch professional in the sphere of antimonopoly law”. Since 2016 Artur is recommended by Chambers & Partners.
