Fabrizio specialised in IP- and TMT- related litigation and transactions, including negotiation and drafting of agreements for the purchase, licensing, co-production and syndication of intellectual works for the media industry. Fabrizio represents primary enterprises within the TMT sector. He lectured Intellectual Property Law at Ca' Foscari Univeristy in Venice and is currently lecturer in Intellectual Property and New Media at University of Pavia.

Qualified in 2003. He worked in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's IP department from 2004 to 2007; in 2007 he founded Osingher - Avvocati Associati together with Matteo Orsingher.
Has authored or co-authored various publications on copyright and design law. He is a member of the editorial committee of AIDA (Italian Annals of Copyright).
