Bernard O’Connor, managing partner Brussels office. He works on EU, WTO and international law in general. He has 30 years litigation experience before the EU courts in Luxembourg and in WTO dispute settlement. He teaches trade as well as agriculture law in the universities of Bern, Barcelona and Milan. He has written and edited books on general EU law, procurement law, geographical indications and litigation. He is a member of the RIEB think tank on international economic law. He has particular experience in trade defence law, state aids and trade relations.
