Bernard O’Connor is the managing partner of Nctm's Brussels office. His practice focuses on EU, WTO and international law. He has 30 years of litigation experience before the EU courts in Luxembourg and in WTO dispute settlement cases. He teaches trade as well as agriculture law at the universities of Bern, Barcelona and Milan. He has written and edited books on general EU law, procurement law, geographical indications and litigation. He is a member of the RIEB think tank on international economic law. His expertise also includes trade defence law, state aids and trade relations.
