She has particular expertise in M&A, Projects Finance, Capital Markets Board related transactions, Real Estate Law and Contracts Law.
In her role as a member of Real Estate department at the firm, Ebru Eldem assisted in the purchase of a real estate site from its owner, drafting the construction agreements with the contractors’ plan. She prepared a flat- for-land basis construction agreement with the land-owner company and negotiated the loan agreement for the financing of the project with a major Turkish bank (TSKB), and also established the mortgage on the land as security.
She has represented Tahincioğlu Group, Sayman Chemicals, Mondi AG/Mondi Tire Kutsan, Gençoğlu Family, Mondelez International Inc /Kent Gıda, Amcor Flexibles.
Graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1992. She received her LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 1995. After working at Birsel Law Offices for three years, and at White & Case for seven years; she first advised Ticaret Yatırım Menkul Değerler, a securities firm; and then joined Eldem Attorneys at Law in 2007.
She has led the M&A and Project Finance team at her current firm for over 10 years. She also participates in Real Estate transactions.

She is qualified to practice Turkish Law.
