A litigation oriented firm, PHPG was created in 2007 by former Clyde & Co partners Jean-Marie Preel, Françoise Hecquet and Jean-Baptiste Payet-Godel who have been working together for more than 15 years. Jean-Marie Preel is an 'ancien secrétaire de la Conférence du stage' and a former member of the Paris Bar Council. Françoise Hecquet is a current member of the Paris Bar Council and is a member of the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA).
