BOYANOV & Co. participated in all major M&A deals and greenfield projects since 1990, all of which had a material employment aspect. Many of these cases required a pioneering approach – to find legal solutions and propose structures for which there were no precedents in Bulgaria (e.g. the first offerings of incentive plans to Bulgarian employees).
