■ Acting for Ernst & Young in urgent injunction proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia when it was discovered that two former employees had stolen hundreds of documents when leaving to set up a competitor in breach of restraints.
■ Assisting Costco with its development of the proposed Costco Whole Australia Enterprise Agreement 2016-2019.
■ Representing a Victorian state government department in a test case in the Victorian Court of Appeal, defending the State’s ability to prosecute employers’ failure to pay long service entitlements as continuing offences.
