BBH has a long-standing exceptional position on the Czech and Slovak legal markets in the areas of Litigation and Arbitration. Many clients seek BBH’s advice in unprecedented, unique or otherwise complex cases as BBH enjoys well-deserved respect among both clients and counterparties for its extraordinary ratio of success in Litigation and Arbitration matters. BBH is also known as the “firm that gets going when the going gets tough” and for its regular involvement in disputes in which critical judicial decisions are issued that change Czech and Slovak jurisprudence. It is always bad news for the counterparty that BBH is on the other side of the dispute.

Another important aspect of BBH’s Litigation and Arbitration practice is how well-suited the firm is to handle an unprecedentedly broad spectrum of areas of law when litigating because, in addition to our Tier 1 position in the Litigation and Arbitration field, BBH is well known and sought out by clients for its superlative experience not only in all of the main legal areas such as civil, administrative, financial, commercial, real estate/construction, insolvency and labour law, as well as its unique expertise in the highly specialized modern agendas, including the media and intellectual property law and TMT sectors.
