Extensive experience in matters related to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and has worked on transactions of and offerings by open-end and closed-end investment companies as both fund and underwriters’ counsel, including IPOs, rights offerings, preferred stock offerings, debt offerings, asset acquisitions and mergers.
