Partner in Sidley's Washington, D.C. office and co-leader of its Global Energy practice. Focuses on federal and state regulation of production, transmission and distribution of natural gas, crude oil, petroleum products and electricity. Has represented oil and gas producers, pipelines, distribution and storage companies, electric utilities, and large end-users of natural gas and electric power. Has appeared before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, state courts and state regulatory commissions, Canada’s National Energy Board, and handles related matters in federal and state appellate courts.
