Practice Areas: Daniel Dunne, a Partner in Orrick's Seattle office, is a member of the Securities Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Group. He is currently spending most of his time defending banks in various securities, insurance and breach of contract lawsuits spawned by the financial crisis. Mr. Dunne’s litigation practice involves defense of financial institutions, technology companies, accountants, and directors and officers in complex litigation in federal and state courts. Mr. Dunne has acted as first and second chair in multiple jury and bench trials, including both civil and felony criminal cases, and has represented numerous clients in consumer class actions.
