In additon to his mergers and acquisition and corporate governance practice, he has served as the interim general counsel for two multi-billion dollar revenue NYSE-listed manufacturing companies.

Career: Previously served as General Partner in Armada Venture Group, an Atlanta and Zurich-based venture capital fund. Was also the CEO and Board Member of a NASDAQ listed provider of accounting and information technology consulting services that he led from founding thru IPO and its later sale.
