Practice Areas: Bruce Merwin has more than 35 years experience working on all types of complex real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on construction-related transactions (including “green building” matters), office building, medical building, shopping center and condominium developments, industrial projects, office, medical, industrial and retail leases, land development projects and the purchase and sale of unimproved and improved property. Merwin also has substantial experience working with developers of assisted living centers and multi-family projects, including mixed-use projects. He is board certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and recognized by Chambers in construction.
