Regularly advises banks, investment banks and other financial institutions, including JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, UBS, Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Ally Bank, in connection with their financial instruments, derivatives and capital markets activities. Co-Chair of the Committee on Financial Instruments of the New York State Bar Association Tax Section.
