Career: Mr. Dunn is a partner in the International Trade group. He focuses his practice on international trade law. Mr. Dunn represents clients in matters related to antidumping, subsidies, and safeguards, as well as customs and foreign sanctions controls. His client base is composed of companies in Asia and Latin America, as well as US importers and exporters. He has represented these clients before the US Department of Commerce, US International Trade Commission, US Court of International Trade and US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as presenting several claims before the World Trade Organization. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Dunn served on the staff of the general counsel’s office of the U.S. Agency for International Development (1974-1975). Following graduation from law school he clerked for then Chief Judge Wilson Cowen of what is now the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Publications: Mr. Dunn is the co-author of a regularly updated treatise on US trade disputes law, International Trade Practice, as well as numerous articles.
