Practice Areas: Ms Tse’s practice focuses on executive compensation matters, including employee benefits matters, qualified retirement plans, ESOPs, ERISA fiduciary and prohibited transaction issues, the benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and health and welfare plans.
Professional Memberships: Tse is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s ERISA Committee, the Employee Benefits Committee of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association, and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
