Practice Areas: Partner in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Derivatives and Structured Products Group. He has extensive experience in the development and execution of complex, new and innovative financial products across all asset classes, twice receiving IFLR’s Deal of the Year Award. In addition, Mr. Ibrahim represents Citigroup in its issuances of retail structured products. He has also been closely involved in the many regulatory initiatives and industry responses relevant to derivatives and other financial products, such as implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act and various reforms to equity short sales.
