Career: Gerber represents clients in troubled loans and insolvencies across several industries. He was lead debtor's counsel in the successful restructure of more than $10 billion of debt of a major Yellow Pages publisher, and represents an international transportation association in insolvency matters throughout the world. He is experienced in reorganization and troubled debt workouts, as well as representing financial institutions and non-bank lenders on bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
