Career: Mark Beck is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who defends corporations and individuals in all phases of complex civil, criminal and regulatory matters. He conducts internal investigations and advises corporate counsel on governance, compliance and crime prevention. He regularly handles matters such as securities and health care fraud, corruption, antitrust, FCPA violations and stock options backdating. Mr. Beck has delivered lectures on internal investigations and corporate compliance throughout the world, and prior to entering private practice, was a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s office in Los Angeles. He received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
