Practice Areas: Joseph Newberg focuses his practice on the sophisticated problems of private equity funds and fund managers and has particular experience in the international aspects of private equity transactions. He has advised on the formation of private equity funds with over $30 billion of capital commitments, and he has advised such funds and fund sponsors on investment transactions and on the internal aspects of their operations, ownership and structure.
