Career: Served as Acting US Attorney responsible for negotiating what was then the largest resolution of a healthcare fraud case. Litigated a range of civil and criminal matters and tried a number of complex white-collar crime cases. Received the Attorney General's Award for Exceptional Service, the highest award presented by the Department of Justice.
