Practice Areas: Amy Moore is Chair of Covington's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. She advises some of the world's largest multinational companies on a wide range of tax, ERISA, and employment law issues concerning all types of compensation arrangements and benefit programs. She represents companies in audits and contested agency proceedings, and she advises on benefits issues in litigation, corporate transactions, and plan investments.
