Practice Areas: Focuses on corporate restructurings, with an emphasis on official and unofficial creditors’ committees, bondholder groups, and bank steering groups in large, complex cases both out of court and in Chapter 11. Represents bondholders, noteholders, bank lenders, institutional investors, private equity firms, hedge funds and other interested parties. Has also represented debtors in possession, bank agents, post-petition lenders and acquirers of distressed assets.
