Practice Areas: Specializes in commercial, bankruptcy, and white-collar litigation -- especially litigation with a fraud or breach of fiduciary duty dimension. Matters handled in recent years include representation of clients on breach of fiduciary duty claims arising out of bankruptcies and corporate acquisitions; and concerning allegations of financial, securities or tax fraud. Mr. Auerbach also represents clients on a variety of bankruptcy matters, and maintains an active pro bono practice.
