Practice Areas: Co-chairs Bingham’s Securities and Financial Institutions Litigation Group. More than 40 years of experience handling complex, high-stakes commercial litigation, including antitrust and securities cases and takeover litigation. Teaches continuing legal education courses and writes extensively on many topics, particularly the management of large, complex cases. Former member of the commission that authored the California Judicial Council’s ‘Deskbook on the Management of Complex Civil Litigation.’
