Practice Areas: Senior counsel in Sidley's Los Angeles office, practicing in the Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy Group. She has practiced for more than 35 years in the area of corporate workouts and chapter 11 reorganizations, representing debtors, committees, creditors, contract parties, purchasers, defendants in adversary proceedings, and other interested parties in insolvency proceedings. Works with Congress regarding bankruptcy legislation in her capacity as Chair of the Committee on Legislation of the National Bankruptcy Conference (NBC) and serves on NBC’s Executive Committee.
