Practice Areas: Kevin Sullivan is a partner in the Private Equity Practice of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He joined the firm in 2002 and has a diverse transactional and corporate counseling practice with emphasis on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and growth equity investments. He regularly represents private equity investors in leveraged buyouts and minority investments. He also has broad M&A experience counseling corporate clients on a variety of general corporate and compliance matters, including corporate governance, securities, employment and strategic matters.
