Practice Areas: Co-chair of Bingham's Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group. Has practiced antitrust law for more than 20 years. Represents clients in public and private antitrust enforcement, including international cartel cases, class actions, merger clearance and civil conduct investigations. Recent antitrust litigation matters involved microprocessors, flash memory, bundled discounts and acquisitions. Also provides day-to-day counseling on antitrust issues, with an emphasis on distribution and acquisition strategies.
Career: Past vice-chair of ABA Antitrust Section's Trade, Sports and Professional Associations Committee.
