Practice Areas: Don Schwartz chairs the Finance and Restructuring group, which focuses on bank finance and related work including distressed transactions, restructuring and bankruptcy. He joined Ungaretti & Harris in July 2010 after retiring from Latham & Watkins, where he was a founder and long-time chair of the Banking group. With 38 years of experience in banking and finance law, Don is widely recognized for his representation of major banking institutions and for developing creative, business-oriented solutions to banking, corporate finance and insolvency problems.
