Practice Areas: Michael Ossip is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Michael is the Deputy Practice Group Leader of the Practice and the national co-chair of its Wage and Hour Team. His practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of management in all facets of employee relations, including the litigation of employment discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful discharge claims in federal and state courts. He has tried to verdict numerous jury and nonjury cases.
