Practice Areas: Steve M. Cohen is a partner in, and co-manager of, Morgan Lewis's global Emerging Business and Technology Practice. Mr. Cohen's practice focuses on advising emerging growth companies and private equity investors throughout the mid-Atlantic region. He represents companies and investors in venture capital financings; issuers in IPOs and secondary public offerings, acquisitions, divestitures and mergers, joint ventures, and international strategic partnerships; and has provides general corporate and securities advice to publicly held corporations and limited partnerships. Mr. Cohen assists life sciences, information technology, clean technology, consumer products, chemical and applied materials, and other companies in implementing growth strategies.
