Practice Areas: Kenneth R. O’Rourke heads O’Melveny’s Los Angeles litigation group. His practice focuses on representing established and emerging companies in large, multi-forum civil litigation, including antitrust cases (class actions, monopolization, international cartels, unfair competition), intellectual property lawsuits (patents, trade secrets, standard setting), and other business controversies. Ken’s litigation practice with O’Melveny, which spans 25-years, includes recently representing Hynix Semiconductor Inc. in numerous antitrust matters. Ken was a member of the Hynix trial team that obtained a defense verdict from a San Francisco state court jury in November 2011 in Rambus’ multi-billion dollar antitrust lawsuit against Hynix and other chip makers.
