Appellate Law (Band 2)
Practice Areas: Chris Landau is the head of the Firm's Appellate Litigation Practice. He has handled appeals involving a wide range of subject matters in courts across the country, including the US Supreme Court, every one of the federal courts of appeals, and many state appellate courts. Chris served twice as a law clerk at the US Supreme Court, first to Justice Antonin Scalia (1990-91) and then to Justice Clarence Thomas (1991-92).
