Practice Areas: Resident in the Washington, D.C., office, Mr. Kovner is a senior member of Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s Antitrust and Competition Group with more than 22 years’ experience in U.S. and international M&A clearances, complex antitrust litigation in federal and state courts, and real-world counseling. Mr. Kovner's practice focuses in particular on consumer products, high technology, energy, life sciences, defense and pharmaceutical industries. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Antitrust Law at Georgetown University Law School (2001-present).
