Practice Areas: Employment and labor. Mr Stanley is the firm's Managing Partner. He has served as chief negotiator of numerous collective bargaining agreements and advised employers in union attempts to organize groups of employees. Mr Stanley also has extensive experience in responding to unfair labor practice charges, wage and hour disputes, and employment discrimination charges before state and federal administrative agencies. Mr Stanley has tried numerous employment arbitrations in both union and non-union settings.
