Practice Areas: Partner in the Structured Finance/Derivatives practice. Has participated in the securitisation of a wide variety of asset types, including credit card receivables, residential and commercial mortgage loans, home equity loans, manufactured housing and auto loans, with a particular focus on CLOs, CDOs and credit derivative transactions. Extensive experience with distressed securitisation sponsors/vehicles and derivatives counterparties, including in bankruptcy proceedings.
