Practice Areas: Corporate partner who focuses on debt financing transactions for major private and public companies, private equity groups and commercial lending institutions. Linda has been responsible for financings in connection with major leveraged buyouts, public offerings, working capital financings/refinancings and restructurings (including out-of-court, debtor-in-possession and exit financing). The transactions she has handled have included senior debt and high-yield financings, both secured and unsecured, and have ranged in size from several hundred million dollars to several billion dollars. Recent representative clients include Bain Capital, Dex Corporation, Madison Dearborn Partners, Nuveen Investments, Radio One, SIRVA and Six Flags Entertainment Corporation.
