Practice Areas: Jonathan is a corporate lawyer, and an expert in UK and EU financial services law and regulation. He heads up our Financial Services and Markets International Business Group. Recent experience includes advising the Chicago Mercantile Exchange regarding its application for recognition to the FSA for recognised clearing house status; and advising the Baltic Exchange on setting up of BEDT, a freight derivatives trading platform.
