Practice Areas: Jim's practice focuses on commercial lending, corporate finance, loan workouts and restructurings. He has over 30 years of experience representing financial institutions and borrowers in numerous types of financings, with a special emphasis on syndicated loans. Jim has special expertise in asset-based lending, leveraged acquisitions and debtor in possession financing.
