Litigation/arbitration/transactional experience in wide variety of insurance, reinsurance, complex/mass tort (including asbestos), environmental, foreign sovereign debt recovery, insolvency, bankruptcy, alter ego, successor liability, fraudulent conveyance and other matters. Has acted as lead/national/international counsel, achieving significant judicial/arbitral victories and settlements.
