Practice Areas: Concentrates in mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate law. Has advised clients on a wide variety of friendly and hostile transactions. Recent transactions have included negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, hostile defenses, proxy fights, restructurings (including Chapter 11 proceedings), leveraged buyouts, private equity investments and minority buyouts. Also has advised clients on corporate governance matters. Has been on the faculty of Practising Law Institute seminars, speaking on corporate and securities topics.
