Career: Participated in more than 80 Section 337 cases before the ITC. Served as legal Counsel and an investigative attorney with the ITC. Appointed by the US Trade Representative, served as both a panelist and chairman on bi-national panels convened pursuant to the North American Free Trade Agreement.
