Career: Mr Joseffer joined King & Spalding in 2009 after serving as the Principal Deputy Solicitor General and, previously, an Assistant to the Solicitor General. Successfully handled some of the government’s most sensitive cases in the courts of appeals. In the Supreme Court, Mr Joseffer argued major patent, pharmaceutical, environmental, and energy cases.
