Practice Areas: Practice focuses on environmental law and involves permitting, compliance counseling, litigation of permitting and enforcement issues before state and federal administrative and judicial tribunals, and environmental issues in business and financial transactions and bankruptcy. It encompasses a broad range of environmental subjects, including air quality, solid and hazardous waste, water quality, wetlands and waterways obstructions, surface and deep coal mining, gas drilling, and environmental remediation. She has been extensively involved in counseling clients regarding management of legacy coal mining discharges and permitting of conventional and alternative energy projects, including coal, waste coal, natural gas, wind, and solar.
