Practice Areas: Carol Geiger has over twenty years experience practicing environmental law. She represents clients in a wide variety of environmental matters. She advises clients on the clean up of contaminated property under the federal Superfund, state mini-Superfunds, Underground Storage Tank and solid and hazardous waste programs, and has advised clients in a variety of Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act matters. Carol has extensive experience with CMBS transactions, developers in buying, selling and owning impacted properties, manufactured gas plants, "brownfield" redevelopment projects, environmental contracts, and a wide range of compliance matters.

Career: Ms Geiger was formerly a Partner at Kilpatrick Stockton and McKenna Long & Aldridge.
Personal: JD, Georgia State College of Law (Editor-in-Chief of Law Review)(1987); BA, University of Georgia (Sociology), cum laude (1976). Ms Geiger was recognized as the Guardian ad Litem of the Year by the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation for her work representing children in contested custody cases since 1990.
