Practice Areas: Corporate transactions, including domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, joint ventures and governmental and quasi-governmental borrowings. Extensive experience in public offerings of corporate finance and merger, acquisition and joint venture transactions involving different industry groups, including telecommunications, technology, and retail companies. M&A experience includes representing public and private companies, boards of directors and special committees, and financial advisors to companies involved in M&A transactions.
