Practice Areas: Head of the firm’s Insurance Coverage and Recovery Practice Group, his practice consists of insurance coverage litigation, arbitration, and consultation. He has extensive experience in representing policyholders in all aspects of insurance coverage matters, including trials and appeals. Mr McNerney has represented policyholders in disputes regarding all types of insurance, including property, general liability, employment practices liability, directors and officers (D&O), errors and omissions (E&O), product recall, business interruption and contingent business interruption, crime and fidelity, builder’s risk and other specialty areas of insurance.
