Many of the clients he advises are multinational corporations headquartered in the USA. Although he advises on the full spectrum of employment law, he spends much of his time assisting clients with executive dismissals and business re-organisations, and also has extensive experience in transactional employment law involving the complex issues and negotiations surrounding outsourcing projects and business transfers governed by the Transfers of Undertakings legislation. These transactions are often cross-border in nature.
