Practice Areas: Partner in Healthcare Department. Rosie's specialist areas are: clinical negligence claims for a variety of clients, and healthcare regulatory and disciplinary work including representing healthcare professionals facing disciplinary proceedings before the GMC, GDC, GOC, HPC, hospital trusts, PCTs and other regulatory bodies. Important cases include the longest running GMC case relating to MMR vaccine. She also has experience in group actions. Rosie has recently concluded two GMC hearings at half time, successfully arguing that there was no case to answer.
